Tungsten Carbide wear strips are mainly made from wolfram carbide and cobalt powder by powder metallurgy methods. 
Tungsten carbide strips are referring the rectangular tungsten carbide flats, and tungsten carbide square bars, which are known as one kind of carbide cutting tool. Tungsten carbide strips are composed of tungsten carbide powder, as the main ingredient, and cobalt, nickel, or molybdenum as the binder. Some of them can be longer than 300 mm. They have many excellent characteristics, such as high hardness, high strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Tungsten carbide strips are available for different grinding and are suitable for both cutting metal materials and non-metal materials. They can be used in many fields, such as woodworking, machining of refractory alloys, stainless steel, high manganese steel, processing cast iron, non-ferrous metal, and so on.

Production process including powder process → formula according to the use requirements → wet grinding → mixing → smash → dry → sieving → add binder → dry again → get the mixture after sieving → pelletize → pressing → forming → sinter-hip → forming (blank) → blanks checking → passivating treatment → cylindrical grinding (according to the customer request) → cleaning → inspection of the finished product → packaging → entering warehouse.

Q3: How to control the products quality?

All products will be tested before bulk production, and we will check the physical properties, shape and tolerance for ensuring qualified products before shipping.

Q4: What is the transportation?
