Conical wedge carbide buttons mainly used for DTH drill bits, oil drilling and mining machine drilling tools. Our wedge carbide inserts has excellent wear resistance and high TRS performance, thanks to it's sintered by over voltage sintering furnace. The Conical wedge carbide buttons has precise measurement, which make it tightly welded on the DTH drill bit. The balance of the hardness and bending strength is very important for the wedge carbide buttons, so different formation we developed corresponding carbide grade to match it. Tungsten carbide buttons is widely used in petrol drilling, snow plow equipment, mining machinery, road maintenance and coal drilling tools. It also can be used tools for tunneling, quarrying, mining and construction. Also as drill accessories for rock drilling and deep hole drilling tools.
