PDC Drill Bits ((Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) Drill Bits) are widely used in the oil, gas, and mining industries for drilling operations, primarily due to their high efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness. These bits are made by bonding a layer of polycrystalline diamond (PDC) to a tungsten carbide substrate, which enhances the drill bit's ability to cut through hard rock formations.
PDC Drilling bit is made by PDC cutters brazed to Steel Body or casing steel body. The PDC cutter has high hardness, abrasion resistance and toughness, the PDC Drag Drilling bit life is 20-40 times, and the drilling efficiency is 50% higher of tungsten carbide drill bit.
PDC Drag bit is applied to rock formation f below 12, like sandstone, mudstone, etc., it is mainly used for Coal mining ,water well, geothermal well, geological exploration, borehole, gas drainage hole, discharge water hole, blast hole,etc. There are several kinds of PDC drill bits, such as Concave Drill Bits, Anchor Drill Bits, Drag Drill Bits, Core Drill Bits.
