Carbide Wire drawing dies are tools with highly-polished, specially-shaped holes through which wire is drawn to reduce its diameter. They have a metal case and a nib made of: tungsten carbide (TC) polycrystalline diamond (PCD). The Carbide Wire Drawing Die can also withstand higher temperatures than standard high speed steel mould.
Tungsten carbide wire drawing die are widly applicable to many industries such as electronic devices, radar, television, instrumentation, aerospace, and many other high-precision industries.it is used for drawing low ,medium and high carbon steel coper, alumium and alloy wire . There are various sizes you can choose, and we can produce products according to your special designs and open mould in accordance with your requirements. Meanwhile there are various grades with different applications.
Feature
1. Wear-resisting: using GB class A cemented carbide mould core ,wire drawing dies mould core strength over 2200N/mm ³ ,do not crack
2. More wire rod can be drawed: the size area are 20% longer than common mould, which make sure our wire drawing dies can work longer!
3. Our die do not get out of steel jacket easily: using advance cold bushing tech, and interference bushing craft, the wire drawing dies are tightening connect with the steel jacket.

1. Material Milling and Desiccation
Dust-Free Workshop: All staff must wear specified uniforms before entering the workshop.
2. Isostatic Suppressing for carbide rods
Machinery Automation:Automatic manipulators are installed for all of our TPA suppressing facilites, which is more accurate on weight controlling and reduces production cost.
3. HIP Sintering
Strict rules of operation: All operation need be conducted strictly as process rules.
4. Quality checking of trial production.
New testing piece: Testing piece must be produced before a new batch of material is used for mass production to ensure the stable
quality.
5. Grinding and Machining
We own all facilitess for the whole carbide machining system to ensure the delivery in time, including surface grinding lathe, external grinding lathe, centerless grinding lathe, wire cutting machine,EDM sparkling machine.
6. quality checking of finished products.
Double Quality Checking: Inspection for semi-finished and finished products are both essential, products with defects will never be shipped.
7. Packing and delivery
Safe package and delivery: Kraft paper for the first layer, bubble plastic for the second layer, gaps are filled with sponge,We focus on every package detail to ensure that clients receive our goods with good looks and good quality.
