We are Factory with 20 years of production experience.

Q2: What is the producing process?
Production process including powder process → formula according to the use requirements → wet grinding → mixing → smash → dry → sieving → add binder → dry again → get the mixture after sieving → pelletize → pressing → forming → sinter-hip → forming (blank) → blanks checking → passivating treatment → cylindrical grinding (according to the customer request) → cleaning → inspection of the finished product → packaging → entering warehouse.

Q3: How to control the products quality?
All products will be tested before bulk production, and we will check the physical properties, shape and tolerance for ensuring qualified products before shipping.

Q4: What is the transportation?
If small quantity , we suggest to send by express, such as DHL,UPS, TNT FEDEX. If with large quantity, suggest to ship by sea.
