Tungsten carbide spherical/dome buttons mainly used for DTH drill bits, threaded and taper bits, mining machine drilling tools. Our carbide inserts has excellent abrasive resistance as it's sintered by over voltage sintering furnace. The dome carbide buttons has precise measurement, which make it tightly welded and NOT drop from the drill easily. The balance of the hardness and bending strength is very important for the spherical carbide buttons, so different formation we developed corresponding carbide grade to match it.
