Tungsten carbide nozzles, also known as water eyes, are mainly used for oil and gas drilling with PDC bits, tooth wheel bits and other tools work, the drilling fluid through its flushing cleaning, cooling, lubrication of the drilling teeth, assisting in breaking the rock and cleaning the bottom of the well rock debris, hydrodynamic assisted rock-breaking, applied to high-pressure, vibration and high-speed mud and sand scouring working conditions.
Main products: cross-slot threaded nozzles, plum blossom tooth threaded nozzles, external hexagonal threaded nozzles, internal hexagonal threaded nozzles and Y-shaped (three-slot) threaded nozzles, wheel drilling nozzles and fracturing nozzles. Production process including powder process → formula according to the use requirements → wet grinding → mixing → smash → dry → sieving → add binder → dry again → get the mixture after sieving → pelletize → pressing → forming → sinter-hip → forming (blank) → blanks checking → passivating treatment → cylindrical grinding (according to the customer request) → cleaning → inspection of the finished product → packaging → entering warehouse.

Q3: How to control the products quality?

All products will be tested before bulk production, and we will check the physical properties, shape and tolerance for ensuring qualified products before shipping.

Q4: What is the transportation?
If small quantity , we suggest to send by express, such as DHL,UPS, TNT FEDEX. If with large quantity, suggest to ship by sea.
