Carbide saws are machine tools for cutting. The carbide saw teeth are made of cemented carbide, so that hard materials can be cut. The quality of our coal mining teeth carbide is very stable. The hardness of carbide teeth body reaches 65 degrees or above, and can be customized to ensure the same size with the received sample, also can add welding wear-resistant layer per customer's requirement.
The steel body is made of high strength alloy steel after heat treatment to maintain high toughness and high wear resistance; The cutter head is made of high quality hot isostatic pressed cemented carbide.

Product Application
The carbide teeth is widely used in all kinds of comprehensive mining machine, digging machine, continuous mining machine. We can design and produce carbide teeth with different performance according to different coal rocks and semi-coal rocks to meet the different needs of customers. We also design, produce and repair the gun head of roadheader and coal mining machine roller.
It is mainly suitable for the construction of sandy soil, clayey soil, powder soil and other soil layers, and is widely used in the construction of foundation such as infill pile, diaphragm wall and foundation reinforcement. Rotary drilling carbide teeth is a very important part of rotary drilling rig, and its performance directly affects the digging efficiency. The traditional rotary drilling teeth is composed of steel base and carbide head.
As the cutting tool of rotary drilling , the rotary drilling carbide teeth easy to fail in the cutting process due to the complicated working conditions, which makes the consumption of rotary drilling carbide teeth is very high.
